Epsilon Tau Outreach executes planned programs and activities to promote sustainable development in entrepreneurship and economic empowerment through scholarships and professional development while educating, empowering and equipping  youth and adults in the Southwest Dallas County Communities for excellence in the workplace.

SCHOLARSHIPS

ETO sponsors scholarships for female high school seniors,  FIL youth, teen mothers returning to school and sponsors contestants for National scholarships sponsored by Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc.

SOCIAL ISSUES

ETO sponsors programs to address social issues that can impact a women’s ability to garner economic independence such as teen pregnancy and suicide through events that promote self awareness and removal of stigma.

CAREER EXPLORATION

Youth and Adults get to explore careers and learn job readiness in our Career Exploration Workshops.  We explore careers in traditional and nontraditional fields of study.

TECHNOLOGY

In the growing world of STEAM professions, ETO sponsors programs that expose youth and young girls to the world of cybersecurity and coding to create interest in male dominated careers.

Since moving to Dallas in 2017, Epsilon Tau Outreach/ Epsilon Tau has partnered with the STG Conference to host financial literacy conferences with the WNBA Dallas Wings.
